The service

Quiet Eye Advisors LLC provides AlphaLoupe as a free service. By using AlphaLoupe, you agree to these terms. The service is provided as-is and as available, without promises that it will always be available, error-free, or meet a particular need.

Not investment advice

AlphaLoupe is a research and charting tool. Nothing in the service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Market data

Market data is supplied by third parties for informational purposes. It may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Do not rely on AlphaLoupe data to place or time a trade, and verify important information with your broker or the relevant market.

Acceptable use

You may use AlphaLoupe for your own lawful research. You may not:

• scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the service;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit market data;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security or limits of the service; or
• use AlphaLoupe to break the law or violate another person's rights.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@alphaloupe.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Termination

You may stop using AlphaLoupe or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, respond to legal requirements, or address a material violation of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Eye Advisors LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, trading losses, or losses caused by unavailable or inaccurate market data. Our total liability for claims arising from AlphaLoupe will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
