Who operates AlphaLoupe

AlphaLoupe is operated by Quiet Eye Advisors LLC, a New York company. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to hello@alphaloupe.com.

What we collect

• Your email address and name when you sign up by email or use Apple or Google sign-in.
• The lists, notes, alerts, and chart settings you choose to create.
• Device push tokens if you enable push alerts.
• Basic server logs, such as request time, IP address, browser information, and error details, used to operate and protect the service.

What we do with it

We use this information to provide your account, save and sync the work you create, deliver alerts you request, troubleshoot problems, and keep AlphaLoupe secure. We do not run ads, sell or share personal data, use tracking pixels, or use third-party analytics.

Service providers

A small number of providers process data for us only as needed to run AlphaLoupe:

• Supabase provides the database and account authentication.
• Netlify hosts the web service.
• Postmark sends transactional email, such as sign-in messages and alerts.
• Apple and Google handle sign-in when you choose one of those options.

Market data

Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The source and known delay are shown where practical. Market data is not personal data, but symbols you save to a list or alert are part of the account content described above.

Retention and deletion

We keep account information and the content you create while your account is active. You can delete your account. After deletion, we remove your lists, alerts, notes, chart settings, and other account content from active systems within 30 days. Limited records may remain longer when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Security

AlphaLoupe encrypts data in transit and uses Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to restrict access to user-owned records. No online service can promise absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password when signing up with email.

Children

AlphaLoupe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us with personal data.

International transfers

AlphaLoupe is hosted in the United States. If you use it from another country, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as AlphaLoupe changes. We will post the revised policy here, update its effective date, and give notice in the service or by email when a change materially affects how we handle personal data.
